2. Service Description

GradesGenie provides AI-based analysis of handwritten student solutions for JEE, NEET, and Board exams. Students upload photos of their work and receive feedback on errors, correct methods, and study recommendations.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for students preparing for competitive and board examinations in India. Users under 18 should use the service under parental guidance.

4. Account & Access

• Access requires Google Sign-In authentication.
• Each account is for individual use only.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.

5. Subscription & Pricing

• Free trial: 7 days, no payment required.
• Annual subscription: ₹2,999/year after trial period.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely via PhonePe payment gateway.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All feedback is generated by AI models and is for educational guidance only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may occasionally contain errors. GradesGenie does not guarantee exam results or academic outcomes.

7. User Responsibilities

• Upload only your own academic work.
• Do not upload inappropriate, offensive, or non-academic content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The GradesGenie name, logo, interface design, and underlying AI systems are the intellectual property of M/S Nexora Holdings. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.

9. Limitation of Liability

GradesGenie is provided "as is." We are not liable for any academic decisions made based on AI-generated feedback. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
