1. Free Trial

GradesGenie offers a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment information is collected during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without any charges.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

• Within 7 days of payment: Full refund, no questions asked.
• After 7 days: Pro-rata refund for unused months, processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@gradesgenie.com with your registered email and reason for refund. We will process your request within 48 hours.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Accounts suspended for violation of Terms of Service.
• Requests made after 90 days from the date of payment.
